The project will found special Undertaking Department and Technology 

Supporting Department， reconstruct the laboratory， including purchasing the 

experimental platform and testing instrument， improve the products and 

openup the market. After the completion of the project， it will produce 100 

sets of software platform annually.

technological appraisal and testing by the Science and Technology Department
