With the temperature getting higher， complaints on non-prompt services 

of maintaining air-conditioners are increasing. From July 1st to 26th， among 

all the 211 cases of complaints on air-conditioner that the 12315 Informant 

Center of Hefei Industrial and Commercial Bureau has received， 14 cases were 

received on the morning of July 26th.
