On 26th July， the highlighted sending-out program of low-priced rent 

housing subsidy was initiated. According to related statistics， the number 

of the first applicants of Hefei is 850. After being censored and bulletined， 

822 families were approved， from which 2322 individuals benefited. The 

monthly renting subsidy is 150 yuan per family， and the annual cost soared
