The 2004 Anhui “month of quality”， with the theme of “quality created 

by all and enjoyed by all”， started on September 4 on Parkson square and 

Anhui gymnasium. Consultations on products quality have been given by 

supervision departments of quality and technology， enterprises of foodstuff，
