Wang Jirong， vice director general of the state environmental protection 

administration of China accompanied by Tian Weiqian， vice governor of Anhui 

province went to Fuyang and Bengbu to inspect the prevention of the 

pollution of the Huaihe river. Wang pointed out that through the renovation， 

the water quality of the Huaihe River has been improved but all levels of
