A notice on strengthening safety of foodstuff serve in schools has been 

released in Anqing city to reduce food poisoning cases and other diseases. 

The notice required public health， education departments and local 

governments to strengthen supervision on health licensing and granting of 

health license. Meanwhile， an inspection will be launched to check the 

environment of canteens in primary schools， middle schools and universities 

as well as food storage， process and dish wares’ disinfection.  (Ye Wei)
