A work conference with the theme of water pollution prevention of Huaihe 

River Valley was held in Hefei on September 20. Vice Governor Tian Weiqian 

attended and made remarks at the conference. He stresses that water 

pollution prevention of Huaihe River Valley is still tough， various cities 

and departments concerned should further increase their sense of 

responsibility and emergency so as to advance the construction and
