Resources say Anhui Foodstuff Coordination Commission Office has issued a notice recently to enhance the foodstuff safety supervision during the two festivals of New Year’s Day and Spring Festival. The notice requires relative departments at various levels should seriously deploy and implement the work of foodstuff safety supervision and management as soon as possible so as to both ensure the stability and prosperity of the market and crack down fake or substandard foodstuff during the two festivals.
