A proposal scheme of 2005 direct subsidy to grain producers has been submitted by Anhui Finance Department to Anhui Government. Total amount of the direct subsidy is expected to reach 865,000,000 yuan, that’s 185,000,000 yuan more over this year’s. It is learnt that the increasing part is appropriately directed to major grain producing areas and the subsidy accounted for 50% of the grain risk fund. (ye wei)
