Hefei Local Taxation Bureau has collected 463 million yuan of personal income tax till December 20, and the figure is 117 million yuan higher over the previous year. The steady increase of personal income of Hefei in 2004 has provided the taxation bureau with stable tax fund, moreover, the bureau has enhanced their information management and pushed forward the personal income tax credit mechanism to ensure the increase of local revenue.
