In the afternoon of January 20th, the ceremony of 2003 science and technology awards was held in Hefei. Guo Jinlong, secretary of CPC Anhui , Wang Jinshan governor of Anhui province attended the meeting and issued the awards and certificate to Jin Huiqing, Song Lihua.
