Reports from Anhui Sports Bureau say, China’s International Festival of Mountaineering will be held in the scenic spot of Huangshan Mountain this fall. Athletes to compete in the game will follow the route by which China’s former paramount leader Deng Xiaoping climbed the mountain in 1979. It is learnt that aside from delegations from various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of China, several overseas teams from Korea, Japan, Australia, France, Canada and Germany will be invited to participate in the competition.
