Sources learnt yesterday from Hefei Real Estate Bureau is that the average sale price on the commercial housing in Hefei city is 3231.14 Yuan per square meter while the residential housing 2975.28 Yuan per square meter from January to November this year, 16.88 percent and 20.08 higher than that of the same period last year respectively with an obvious amplitude decline.(wang jing)
