A strategic cooperation agreement was signed on Dec 17th by Wang Jinshan, governor of Anhui province and Li Ruogu, Chairman & President of The Export-Import Bank of China in Hefei so as to help establishing the framework of export-oriented economy of the province in the next five years. Leaders of Anhui province Guo Jinlong and Wang Jinshan had talks on strategic cooperation with Li Ruogu before the signing ceremony.(ye wei)
